Booking Confirmation

A safari booking is confirmed after:

• Submission of booking details
• Acceptance of the itinerary
• Payment of the required deposit

Deposit Requirement

A deposit of 30%–50% may be required to secure accommodations, park permits, and transport services.

Final Payment

The remaining balance should be paid before arrival or at the start of the safari unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 Days Before Arrival

• Cancellation fee may include bank charges and non-refundable reservation costs.

30–60 Days Before Arrival

• Partial cancellation fees may apply depending on supplier policies.

Less than 30 Days Before Arrival

• Higher cancellation charges may apply due to lodge, hotel, and park reservation commitments.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are processed after deduction of non-refundable costs and transaction fees.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation
• Lost baggage
• Emergency evacuation

Special Requests

Dietary requirements, honeymoon arrangements, and other requests should be communicated in advance.
