Born and raised in Tanzania, Dickson began his career over 10 years ago as a Mount Kilimanjaro porter, gaining firsthand experience of the mountain’s demands, culture, and spirit. Through determination and discipline, he advanced from porter to become a highly experienced Kilimanjaro trekking guide and later expanded into wildlife safari guiding across Tanzania’s national parks.
This unique career journey gives Dickson a rare perspective he understands every aspect of adventure travel, from the physical challenges of mountain trekking to the importance of guest comfort, safety, and memorable safari experiences.
